摘　　要：由产业集群而形成的集群经济已成为区域经济的增长点,是形成区域经济竞争力的源泉。长株潭城市群有产业集群发展的优势与劣势。发展长株潭产业集群,要建立支撑产业集群发展的政策导向机制,加强对产业集群的规划与引导;建立产业集群发展的科技支撑机制;建立以"两型社会"为导向的资源配置机制,培育产业集群加快产业升级。Economic clusters induced by industrial clusters have become the growth point of regional economy, presenting themselves as the source of competitiveness of regional economy. The urban agglomeration of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan as an industrial cluster has both its advantages and disadvantages. In order to accelerate its development, we need to build a policy-oriented mechanism, strengthen its planning and guiding, establish scientific and technological support mechanisms, create a resource allocation mechanism with orientations on ＂two types of society＂, and foster industrial clusters to speed up industrial upgrading.
