摘  要:使用LI-6400便携式光合测定系统,对不同世代湿地松净光合速率值及其日进程对氮磷营养的响应规律进行了研究,结果表明二代种子园苗木的净光合速率与一代种子园、母树林苗木的净光合速率值有极显著差异,通过遗传改良,二代种子园、一代种子园所培育苗木苗期的净光合速率值分别比其低一世代提高了51.29%和9.82%;氮、磷营养施用量过高反而降低了叶片中核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶的活性,因而降低了湿地松的净光合速率值,适量氮、磷营养能明显提高湿地松的净光合速率值,其净光合速率值分别比对照提高70.31%和68.89%;二代种子园、一代种子园、母树林湿地松盆栽苗苗期净光合速率对不同水平N素营养的日响应进程为"双峰"型,二代种子园湿地松盆栽苗苗期净光合速率对不同水平P素营养的日响应进程有二种模式,一代种子园、母树林湿地松盆栽苗苗期净光合速率对不同水平P素营养的日响应进程为"双峰"型。The net photosynthetic rate and its diurnal process of slash pine’s different generations response to nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition is studied by using the LI-6400 portable photosynthesis systems. The results showed that net photosynthetic rate of seedling had significant differences among the second-generation seed orchard, first-generation seed orchard and field seed. Through genetic improvement the net photosynthetic rate of seedling germination from second-generation seed orchard and the first-generation seed orchard increase step by 51.29% and 9.82% than lower generation. Excessive nitrogen and phosphorus by fertilization decreased the net photosynthetic rate of slash pine causing the ribulose-1, 5-bisphosphate carboxylase enzyme of leaves lost activity. However, the proper fertilization of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition can significantly improve net photosynthetic rate of slash pine. The net photosynthetic rate fertilization nitrogen and phosphorus increase step by 70.31% and 68.89% than control. The net photosynthetic rate diurnal process response to different levels of nitrogen nutrition is 'double peak' of container seedling germination from second-generation seed orchard and the first-generation seed orchard and field seed. The net photosynthetic rate diurnal process response to different levels of phosphorus nutrition is 'double peak' of container seedling germination from the first-generation seed orchard and field seed but The net photosynthetic rate of container seedling germination from second-generation seed orchard belongs to 'double peak' and 'single peak'.
