步进电机在冰冻切片机中的应用

摘　　要：步进电机是数字控制电机,它将脉冲信号转变成角位移,广泛应用于开环位置数控系统中。在冰冻切片机中的丝杠快速进给装置采用步进电机驱动,并利用AT89C52单片机控制。实验表明,该系统能够精确定位,实现组织夹持器的水平位移动作,Stepping-motor is a kind of digital controlled motor. It can turn the pulse signal to the angle displacement, and it has been widely used in opened digital position controller. In the Microtome-Cryostat, stepping-motor is adopted to drive the thread-axes. The digital controller adopts AT89C52. It has been validated with the experimentation that this system can achieve a steady orientation and an accurate horizontal displacement of the tissue holder.
