摘 要:提出一种可有效降低脱硫系统能耗的双入口喷淋塔烟道布置方案。阐述双入口塔在技术上的可行性与先进性,并从投资成本、运行成本、占地面积等经济指标方面对双入口塔烟道布置方案与单入口塔烟道布置方案进行了对比分析。对于2×660 MW烟气脱硫装置,双入口塔烟道布置方案与单入口塔烟道布置方案相比,可使烟气压降降低400 Pa,年节约电耗500万kW.h,节约占地面积1 500 m2,成本与单入口塔烟道布置方案相当。双入口塔烟道布置方式是一种节能、节约土地资源的烟气脱硫技术,值得推广。The gas duct layout of two-inlet spray scrubber was proposed to reduce the energy consumption of FGD system effectively. The technical feasibility and predominance of two-inlet scrubber were discussed, based on which the gas duct layout schemes were compared between one-inlet and two-inlet scrubbers in the economic indexes, such as investment cost, operation cost and land occupation etc. For 2× 660 MW FGD system, the gas pressure drop, annual power consumption and occupied area of two-inlet layout were reduced by 400 Pa, 5 GW·h and 1 500 m^2 than those of one-inlet scheme, while the cost of the two schemes is quite the same. The duct layout of two-inlet FGD spray scrubber has bright prospect, for it is of less energy consumption and land occupation.
