摘　　要：分析了调度和生产业务对数据网络的要求;根据江苏电网110、35 kV变电站电力调度数据网的目标要求,确定了数据网建设采用的组网方案、拓扑结构和技术体制,并对网络设计、路由协议、IP地址规划方案、网络管理和安全等方面进行了分析和论述。星形组网方式简化了组网结构,降低了工程投资;IS-IS路由协议保证了与已有调度数据网络协议的兼容性和统一性。The requirements of dispatching and production business for the data network were described. According to the construction aim of dispatching data network for 110 kV ＆ 35 kV substation in Jiangsu grid, the network-buildup plan was given, topology structure and technical system, also analyzed the network design, router protocol, IP address plan and network safety ＆ management. The star-structure network-buildup mode simplifies the network and decreases the investment. The IS-IS router protocol ensures that the new dispatching data network protocol consists the compatibility and unification with the current network protocol.
