摘 要:建立了以系统在一个检修周期内各周的净备用率与整个检修周期的平均净备用率之差绝对值之和最小为目标的发电机组检修计划优化模型,并同时保证各周的净备用率不低于允许的最小值。通过采用全部待检修机组检修启动时段的组合为决策变量,给出了基于模拟植物生长算法的求解方法。针对各种约束条件的不同特点,分别给出了相应的处理方法。最后用算例对模型及算法进行了验证,得到了比采用现有的等备用率模型及启发式算法更优的发电机组检修计划,显示了所提出方法的正确性和有效性。An optimization model for generator maintenance scheduling, which employs the sum of the difference between the weekly net reserve rate and the average net reserve rate within the whole maintenance period as the objective function, is presented. Meanwhile the model satisfies that the weekly net reserve rate is not smaller than the allowable minimum net reserve rate. By taking the combination of all generators' maintenance startup time as the decision variable, a plant growth simulation algorithm is applied to solve the optimization model. Various constraints are treated separately according to their respective features. An example is used to test the correctness and feasibility of the model and algorithm, and an optimal generator maintenance schedule, which is better than the one gotten by using existing levelized reserve rate model and the traditional heuristic algorithm, is attained.
