摘  要:给出了基于瞬时无功理论的静止无功补偿装置(SVC)的补偿控制算法,讨论了在不平衡负载电流时低通滤波器的设计。采用Butterworth低通滤波器和平均值算法设计的SVC低通滤波器,可有效地滤除高频和工频的整数次谐波分量。某一具体工程实际的仿真结果表明,本文所述方法的检测结果既保证了较好的检测精度,又具有较快的动态响应性能。该方法已在某一三相变单相的电源系统中得到了应用。The SVC reactive compensation algorithm based on the instantaneous reactive theory is presented, and the design of the low-pass filter under the condition of imbalance load current is discussed in this paper. A low-pass filter for SVC is given by used of Butterworth low-pass filter and average value algorithm, by which the high order and low order harmonic waves are filtered effectively. The simulating results of a practical engineering show that the new filter has higher detection precision and faster dynamic performance. The method mentioned in this paper has been applied to a power source system for transferring three-phase into single-phase.
