摘 要:在热力学分析的基础上,以 B 粉和 Al 粉为原料,直接制备 AlB12粉末。通过 X 射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析研究了工艺对合成产物相组成和显微结构的影响,确定了合成过程的最佳工艺参数。结果表明密封法最有利于控制氧化物杂质生成。用密封法合成 AlB12粉末的最佳工艺参数为:合成温度 1 400 ℃,恒温时间 60 min,试样中 Al 的质量分数 17.2%,埋粉中 Al 的质量分数 20%。产物主晶相为α-AlB12,杂质相为 MgAl2O4。AlB12粉体平均粒径 4.32 μm,比表面积 611.76 m2/kg。Based on thermodynamic analysis, A1B12 powder was prepared by direct synthesis using amorphous boron powder and aluminum powder as raw materials. The effect of the process parameters on the phase compositions and microstructttre was investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the sealing method is the most beneficial in controlling the generation of oxide impurities compared to other methods. The best parameters for the synthesis of A1B12 are as follows: synthesis temperature is 1 400 ℃, holding time is 60 min, the mass fraction of A1 in the samples is 17.2% and the mass fraction of A1 in the powder bed is 20%. The main phase of the product is α-A1B12 and the impurity phase is MgA12O4. The grain size and specific surface area of the synthesized powder are 4.32 um and 611.76 m^2/kg, respectively.
