摘  要:首先对纳米SiO2进行活化,而后用聚乙二醇(PEG)包覆纳米SiO2得到PEG-SiO2复合体系,将其与低分子量PET(LMPET)发生共聚制备LMPET-PEG-SiO2纳米复合材料。经FT-IR,XPS,1H-NMR分析证明PEG成功地将LMPET与纳米SiO2在分子尺度上连接在一起。DSC分析表明,与PEG-SiO2链段共聚的LMPET的热性能变化很小,热结晶温度Tmc降低4℃,熔点Tm降低3℃。Poly (ethylene glycol) (PEG) was grafted onto the surface of pre activated nanoSiO2 to obtain PEG SiO2 composites. At the same time, low molecular weight poly(ethylene terephthalate) (LMPET) was obtained through esterification exchange of dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and ethyl- ene glycol (EG). The LMPET-PEG-SiO2 hybrid nanoblocks were prepared through the copolymeriza- tion of PEG-SiO2 and I.MPET. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray photoelec- tron spectroscopy (XPS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (1 H-NMR) results proved that LMPET was successfully linked onto SiO2 surface through PEG. The DSC data exhibited that the small changed of the thermal properties of LMPET occurred after hybrid copolymerization, i.e. 4℃ decreased of Tmc and 3℃ decreased of Tm.
