摘 要:分别采用浸渍-提拉法和液相渗透(LPI)法用SnO2前驱物填充模板得到SnO2/PS复合膜,灼烧去除模板后,成功地制备了三维有序多孔SnO2膜。PS胶粒晶体模板是用乳液聚合法合成的单分散PS微球通过垂直沉积法在55℃组装而成。实验结果显示,由改进的LPI法制备的三维有序多孔膜质量相对较高,面积较大并且无"表皮"覆盖。在灼烧去除模板的过程中孔径有一定的收缩。Three-dimensional ordered porous SnO2 films were prepared through first filling SnO2 into colloidal crystal templates formed by ordered packing of monodisperse polystyrene (PS) microspheres synthesized by emulsion polymerization of styrene, and then calcining the SnO2/PS composite films to remove the PS spheres. The colloidal crystal templates were prepared by assembling the particles through a vertical deposition technique at 55℃ and the filling process was accomplished by the use of dip-drawing method and liquid phase infiltration (LPI) method. Experiments showed that the quality of three-dimensional ordered porous SnO2 films prepared by modified LPI method was better than that prepared by dip-drawing method. Shrinkage occurred during the calcination to remove the PS template.
