摘 要:以煤为碳源,FeS-Co2O3混合物为催化剂,采用电弧放电法制备碳纳米管。考察了催化剂等对碳纳米管生成的影响。采用SEM,HRTEM及拉曼光谱对产物进行表征。结果表明:FeS-Co2O3混合催化剂在质量比煤∶FeS∶Co2O3为1∶0.3∶0.3下,制备的碳纳米管达到理想效果。且该催化剂对阳城煤与大同煤的催化效果近似。同时对FeS,Co2O3两种催化剂在碳纳米管生长过程中的作用进行了初步探讨。Carbon nanotubes were synthesized from coal by arc discharge method with FeS-Co2O3 as catalyst. The effect of catalyst on the generation of carbon nanotubes was investigated. As-prepared CNTs were characterized by SEM, HRTEM, Raman spectroscopy techniques. The results showed that carbon nanotubes can get a high quality when the ratio of coal : FeS :Co2O3 was 1 : 0.3 : 0.3. And the effects of catalyst on the Yangcheng coal and Datong Coal were similar. In addition , the effects of FeS and Co2O3 in the growth of carbon nanotubes were also proposed.
