摘 要:目的:探讨参芎注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组10只,脑缺血再灌注模型组25只,参芎注射液治疗组25只。线栓法制备大脑中动脉梗塞模型,HE染色和Nissl染色观察病理学变化,TTC染色检测脑梗死体积,TUNEL法原位检测神经细胞凋亡。结果:模型组大鼠脑缺血再灌注后72 hHE染色显示出典型梗死灶和神经元丢失,Nissl染色可见细胞尼氏体肿胀,消失,参芎注射液治疗可以减轻上述损害。模型组梗死灶明显,神经细胞凋亡计数明显增多(P<0.01),参芎注射液治疗可明显减少大鼠脑缺血再灌注后的脑梗死体积(P<0.05),及其神经细胞凋亡计数(P<0.05)。结论:参芎注射液能减轻大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤。Objective To study the protective effect of Shenxiong injection on cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups : sham-operated group(n=10), cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model group(n= 25) and Shenxiong injection group(n= 25). Temporary middle cerebral artery occlusion models were applied, the pathologic changes were studied by hematoxylin and eosin staining and Nissl staining, and the infarct volume was detected by TTC staining. The neuronal apoptosis was detected by the method of TUNEL. Results At 72 hours after reperfusion, hematoxylin and eosin staining showed notable necrotic change and neuron loss, and Nissl staining showed the swelling of neurons and the disappearance of Nissl bodies in the model group. Shenxiong injection could decrease the infarct volume (P〈0.05) and the number of apoptotic cell (P〈0.05). Conclusion Shenxiong injection could lessen cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.
