套管式废热锅炉翅片管的温度场有限元分析

摘　　要：本文利用有限元法，对废热锅炉翅片管的温度场分布进行了计算，结果表明，翅片管中焊于内外管之间的翅片，有助于减小内外管的温差及应力，并提出若部分翅片对外管接触不良，则对整个温度场的影响是极微小的。Calculates the temperature field of fins pipe in gastube boiler with the finite element method (FEM); recognizes that the fins weld between the in-pipe and ex-pipe are to reduce the difference in temperature and stress; and indicates that there is not much influence in whole temperature field when some fins are fail to contact on ex-pipe.
