摘 要:利用虚拟样机技术,采用模块化原理,分别建立了发动机、液力变矩器、行星变速箱、液压操纵系统、行动系统等整车各个子系统的模型,通过软件之间的接口,实现了集成化,仿真了车辆在一档工况下爬坡时,车辆动力传动及行动系统的载荷情况,为设计提供了可靠的动态载荷,为试验数据校验仿真模型打下了基础。还可实现对整车在换档、转向、加速等方面的仿真,为传动系统和整车其它系统之间的性能匹配提供了可靠的分析优化模型。Based on modularized modeling principle with virtual prototyping, sub-models of engine, hydraulic torque converter, planetary gearbox, hydraulic maneuvering system and running gear system, etc. were built. All sub models of vehicle were integrated through interfaces between software. The case of vehicle's climbing on the 25 degrees' ramp was modeled and loads of rotational shaft parts were obtained through simulation. The simulation results are reliable references for designing when models are verified with physical tests and these integrated models can be used for further study on the gear shifting, steering and acceleration, etc. It thus provides a reliable integrated modeling and simulation method for performance optimization.
