摘  要:根据胶原提取率确定氢氧化钠水解铬革屑的最佳条件,系统考察了预处理时间、NaOH用量、水解时间和温度对提胶率的影响,用正交试验优化了NaOH水解铬革屑的条件,其最佳水解条件为:预处理时间12 h,氢氧化钠8%,水解时间4 h,温度120℃,此条件下提胶率可达88.98%。测定了不同条件下水解产物的理化性质,剖析了高效率分离铬和水解胶原的必要条件。Optimum conditions of hydrolysis on chrome shavings with sodium hydroxide were investigated based on the extraction percentage of collagen hydrolysate. Some influence factors such as the amount of sodium hydroxide, hydrolytic time, hydrolytic temperature and pretreatment time were determined. The optimum conditions were as follows:pretreatment time 12 h, sodium hydroxide 8%,hydrolytic time 4 h,hydrolytic temperature 120 ℃. The extraction percentage of collagen hydrolysate can be increased to 88. 98% under such conditions. The physical and chemical properties of collagen hydrolysate under different conditions were determined. The necessary conditions of isolation from chrome and collagen with high efficiency were also discussed.
