摘  要:将胶原与透明质酸以不同比例共混制得海绵,并用不同浓度的1-乙基-3-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)-碳化二亚胺(EDC)交联处理。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察表明,胶原/透明质酸共混海绵组成比例为5∶5的微观结构比较均匀,片状结构很少。FTIR图谱分析表明,胶原与透明质酸之间存在相互作用。EDC交联形成了新的酯键和酰胺键。DSC测定表明,共混之后,胶原海绵的热稳定性有了较大的提高,交联也使各共混海绵的热稳定性有不同程度的提高。共混海绵的孔隙率主要与其组成比例有关。交联之后,海绵的孔隙率略微降低。机械性能测试表明,EDC交联使共混海绵的抗张强度显著增加,而断裂伸长率却下降,材料延伸性减小。未交联的共混海绵抗胰酶降解性能很差。交联之后,共混海绵的抗胰酶降解能力随着EDC浓度的增加有不同程度的提高。Collagen sponges were modified by blended with different amount of hyaluronic acid (HA) and cross-linked with different concentration of i-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide (EDC). SEM images showed collagen/HA composite sponge with the mixing raito of 5 : 5 had uniform microstructure, and there were few sheet-like structure. FTIR spectra revealed the interaction between collagen and HA, and the formation of ester bond and amide bond after cross-linking. DSC showed the heat stability of the composite sponge was enhanced with the increase of HA content and the cross-linking degree. The porosities of the composite sponges largely depended on the mixing ratio, and decreased slightly after cross-linking. The mechanical test confirmed that the tensile strength of the cross-linked composite sponges were much higher than those of their uncross-linked controls. However, the elongation at break decreased significately. The degradation behavior showed the uncross-linked composite sponges degraded completely within several hours, and a steady increase of biostability was achieved with increasing of the concentration of EI)C.
