摘 要:在pH=8.0的NH4Cl-NH3·H2O缓冲液中,以丙氨酸为增敏剂,铜能催化H2O2还原中性红褪色,据此建立了流动注射一催化分光光度法直接测定海水中的痕量铜。铜含量在2.0~32.0μg/L质量浓度范围内符合比尔定律,检出限为0.12μg/L,平行测定10.00μg/L铜14次,相对标准偏差为1.3%。方法用于实际海水样品分析,回收率在97.2%~105.2%之间。It is found that the copper can catalyze the fading reaction of neutral red reduced by hydrogen peroxide using the alanine as a sensitizer in NH4Cl-NH3H2O medium(pH=8.0). Based on this method, a new flow injection catalytic photometric method was proposed for determination of trace copper in seawater. Beers law is obeyed in the concentration range of 2. 0~32. 0μg/ L of copper. The relative standard deviation of 1.3% was obtained by injecting 10.00μg/L copper of standard solution ( n = 14). The'detection limit calculated from three times of the average background noise was 0. 12 μg/L. The recoveries of sea samples were between 97.2% and 105. 2%.
