摘  要:We propose a new type of two-dimensional (2D) photonic crystal L-shaped bent waveguides based on ring resonators with an acceptable bandwidth. The proposed structure mechanism is based on coupling between a waveguide and a ring resonator. This structure is designed and verified by finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) computation.
