推拿整脊干预2型糖尿病的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨推拿、整脊对2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法100例2型糖尿病病人,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组除服用常规药物外配合推拿、整脊等治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗,两组均治疗30 d。对治疗前后的血糖、糖耐量的变化进行定量分析。结果治疗组显效率为58.0%,总有效率为94.7%,对照组显效率为6.0%,总有效率为66.0%,两组显效率比较差异有极显著性(χ2=8.85,P<0.01)。结论推拿、整脊干预2型糖尿病病人胰腺自主神经功能,可使血糖降低,对2型糖尿病的治疗起到重要作用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of massage and chiropractic treatment for type 2 diabetes. Methods One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes were evenly randomized to two groups： treatment group and control group. Massage and chiropractic were given to the treatment group apart from conventional medications; routine medications alone for the control. The course was 30 days. Blood glucose and glucose tolerance were quantitatively analyzed before and after treatment. Results The excellence rates and total effective rates for treatment group and control group were 58. 0% versus 6. 0% and 94. 7% versus 66.0%, respectively, the difference was significant （X^2=8.85,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Massage and chiropractic intervene the function of autonomic nerve of pancreas, leading to decline of blood glucose, which plays an important role in the treatment of the disease.
