微量氧化铜对锑红宝石玻璃二次显色的影响

摘  要:在Na2O-CaO-SiO2-K2O玻璃系统中添加着色剂Sb2O3和S,熔制锑红宝石玻璃。在相同工艺条件下,讨论了氧化铜掺加量和显色时间对截止吸收型锑红宝石玻璃透过率曲线的影响。结果表明:微量氧化铜是影响锑红宝石玻璃稳定性的重要因素,且随着CuO含量的增加,截止吸收波长向短波移动;随着显色时间的延长,截止吸收波长向长波移动。通过SEM测试,探讨锑红玻璃的着色机理:锑红玻璃截止吸收波长与胶体粒子的大小、数量和分散状态有关。Antimony ruby glass was prepared in the Na2O-CaO-SiO2-K2O system. The colorant were Sb2O3 and S. The dosages of CuO and color developing time that affected the transmission curves at the same melting condition were investigated. The results showed:micro CuO played a key role in chancing the s.tability of antimony ruby glass. With the increase of CuO, the cutoff wave length moved towards the short wave of visible spectrum;Similarly, it shifted to the long wave of visible spectrum along with the color developing time extending. By means of SEM, the coloration mechanism was discussed. It can be concluded that the size, quantity and dispersed state of colloidal particles contributed to the cutoff wave of the ruby glass.
