摘  要:水玻璃是一种性能良好的胶凝剂。采用结晶氯化铝溶液为固化剂,通过对固化产物的IR光谱、RM光谱和NMR光谱分析表明:氯化铝促使水玻璃的凝聚和聚合,不同浓度的固化剂生成不同聚合程度的铝硅酸盐聚合物,Al3+进入硅酸盐结构中有利于增加其胶结固化强度和耐水性。Water glass is a kind of gelling agent (GA) with high performance. According to the Infrared (IR), Raman (RM),^29Si and ^27Al magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (^29Si and ^27MAS NMR) spectra analysis on the solidified products using the solution of aluminum chloride hexahydrate as solidified agent (SA), the solidification mechanism is that the SA promotes the conglomeration and polymerization of the GA, the GA with different concentration results in the aluminosihcate with different degrees of polymerization, meanwhile, the Al^3+ of the structure of the silicate contributes to the improvement for the strength and resistance to water of the products.
