摘 要:研究了不同链长助表面活性剂对CTAB反相微乳体系制备纳米羟基磷灰石颗粒形貌的影响,并利用XRD、FT-IR、TEM对其进行了表征。结果表明,助剂醇的链长对纳米HA晶体的物相成分及晶型影响不大,而对纳米HA晶粒的分散性及微观形貌产生较大影响。当醇的链长不同时,界面膜的强度也不同,其中正辛醇的链长最匹配CTAB,界面膜的强度最大,产生的胶束数最多,纳米羟基磷灰石分散性最佳;随着助剂醇链长的增加,所得到纳米HA晶粒的尺寸增加。The influence of different cosurfactants on morphology of nano-sized hydroxyapatite powder prepared in CTAB inverse microemulsion has been investigated. TEM, XRD and FT-IR are used to characterize the morphology and structure of the resulting samples. It is indicated that phase components and crystal structure of nano-HA are not distinctly affected by the increase of chain length of cosurfactant alcohol, but the particle size and morphology are obviously affected by it. It is found that interracial film strength is closely related to the alcohol chain length. In particular, the chain length of oetanol matches well with that of CTAB, so its interfacial film strength was highest, leading to the most number of micelles and prime dispersion for preparing nano-HA. The diameter of nano-HA powder is increase by the increase of chain length of cosurfactant alcohol.
