摘 要:采用尿素水解法,以氯化镧和尿素为原料制备纳米氧化镧,并且采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和差热-热重分析(TG-DTA)等手段对其产物进行了表征。研究了反应物浓度比、超声时间、煅烧温度以及分散剂溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)和硫酸铵的用量对制备氧化镧粒径的影响,并有效地解决了制备、干燥、煅烧前驱物时的团聚对氧化镧粒径的影响。实验结果表明,在适宜的尿素浓度、超声时间、煅烧温度以及分散剂(CTMAB)和硫酸铵的用量的条件下,可获得粒径均匀的纳米氧化镧,其平均粒径为15 nm。XRD分析表明,合成的氧化镧属六方晶系。Nano -sized lanthanum oxide was prepared with LaCl3 and CO (NH2)2 as raw materials by hydrolyzation of urea. The product was characterized by XRD, SEN, and DTA - TG. The influence of the ratio of reactants concentration, ultrasonic time, calcining temperature, and the dosage of bromide cetyltrimethylammonium ( CTMAB) and (NH4 )2SO4 on the particle size of La2O3 was studied, and the impact of the cluster appeared in synthesizing, drying and calcining the precursor on La2O3 particle size had been effectively solved. Results showed that nano - sized La2O3 with average particle size of 15 nm was prepared under the appropriate conditions of concentration of CO ( NH2 ) 2, ultrasonic time, calcining temperature, and the dosage of CTMAB and (NH4 )2SO4. XRD result showed that the prepared La2O3 belongs to hexagonal crystal system.
