摘 要:针对预湿上浆工艺浆纱上浆率不能利用浆纱压出回潮率和上浆率直接求得这一问题,探讨依据上浆率与浆纱压出回潮率间的关系式,预测预湿上浆工艺中浆纱上浆率的方法。利用带预湿装置的小样上浆系统,采用质量分数为8%-11%的浆液分别对纯棉纱进行传统上浆和预湿上浆实验,并测试浆纱试样的上浆率,再依据建立的浆纱上浆率与压出回潮率间的关系式,对预湿上浆中的浆纱上浆率进行预测。结果表明:已知浆液质量分数,可依据预湿上浆工艺的浆纱压出回潮率近似值和浆液浓度降低系数的经验值较为准确地预测预湿上浆工艺的浆纱上浆率。Because the size pick-up for the pre-wet sizing process cannot be obtained according to the relationship between the extrusion moisture regain of the sized yarn and the size pick-up, the method for predicting the size pick-up for the pre-wetting process is studied by the relationship between the extrusion moisture regain of the sized yarn and the size pick-up. A pilot sizing system with pre-wetting device is built, by which the experiment of the traditional sizing and pre-wet sizing for 100% cotton yarn is carried out respectively, with the size concentration changing between 8 % ~ 11%. Then the size pick-up of the sized yarn obtained in the above experiment is measured. Based on the established relationships between the size pick-up and the extrusion moisture regain of the sized yarn, the size pick-up of sized yarn in pre-wet sizing process is predicted. The predicted results show that the size pick-up of the sized yarn can be exactly predicted according to the extrusion moisture regain of the sized yarn and the decrease coefficient of the size concentration when the size concentration is given.
