摘　　要：目的总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的手术效果。方法1999年5月-2007年8月行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝149例，对术后复发率，及并发症等进行随访观察。结果随访139例。时间1-100个月，术后复发5例，复发率3．4％；发生各种并发症13例，并发症发生率8．7％。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术复发率低，并发症少，适应证广，尤其适合老年腹股沟疝的治疗。应坚持正规手术操作，加强围手术期处理。Objective Explore the effects of the tension-free hernia repair on the treatment of hernia. Methods Clinical data of 149 patients undergoing tension-free mesh-plug hernia repair from May 1999 to Aug 2007 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results A follow-up from 1 to 100 months in 139 out 149 cases found recurrence in 5 cases and other postoperative complications in 13 cases. Conclusion Tension-free mesh-plug hernia repair can decrease the recurrence and other postoperative complications especially for senile patients.
