摘　　要：目的探讨老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床特点和手术疗效。方法回顾我院骨科1995年5月-2006年12月共用开放手术治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症132例，分析其临床特点和手术疗效。结果132例均得到随访13个月。9年，平均6．5年。按Prolo标准评定，治愈98例，有效32例。结论老年腰椎间盘突出症多为多节段突出且伴有腰椎管狭窄，传统经典的手术临床疗效肯定。Objective To study the characteristics and therapeutic effect of lumbar disc protrusion in senior citizens. Methods To review 132 cases of open operation of lumbar disc protrusion in senior citizens in our hospital department of orthopaedics from May 1995 to December 2006, and analyze its characteristics and therapeutic effect. Results The 132 patients follow-up 13 months need 9 years,the average is 6.5 years. According to the prolo standard,98 cases were cured,and 32 cases were in effect.Conclusion Most of the lumbar disc protrusion in senior citizens are protrusion of muhi-scgment and Lumbar spinal stenosis .The curative effect of traditional and classical operation is for sure.
