消冻灵乳膏治疗冻疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的为研究消冻灵乳膏的制备,质量控制方法和观察其临床疗效。方法将90例冻疮患者随机分为两组进行疗效对比观察。试验组用消冻灵乳膏治疗,对照组用海普宁(肝素钠)乳膏治疗,2次/d,连续治疗10d。结果试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为88.1%和48.7%,经统计学分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),未见不良反应。结论消冻灵乳膏的制备工艺简单,性质稳定,质量可靠,对冻疮的治疗有显著疗效。Objective Research the preparation of Chilblaln-Elimination Cream, the method of Quality Control and Curative Effect. Methods 90 eases of chilblains were randomly divided into a test group group of 45 cases and a control group of 45 cases. Test group was treated by Chilblain-Elimination Creamn and control group was treated by low molecular heparin（ domestic ）, two-times a day for 10 days. Results The total effective rate of test group and control group was 88.1% and 48.7 % ,and there is significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） between the two groups. No adverse reaction were found. Conclusion Chilblain-Elimination Cream has simple preparation technology, moderate reaction conditions, character stability and reliable quality. There are significant curative effects in Chilblain treated with Chilblain-Elimination Cream.
