摘 要:目的探讨胎心早期减速和晚期减速时限与新生儿窒息的关系。方法将产时胎心监护中有早期减速的产妇中胎心率曲线最低点(波谷)与宫缩曲线顶(波峰)时间差>15s 49例和时间差≤15s 49例的新生儿窒息发生率进行比较。将胎心晚期减速产妇中胎心率曲线波谷与宫缩曲线波峰时间差<30s 51例和时间差≥30s 51例的新生儿窒息发生率进行比较。结果胎心早期减速其时间差>15s和≤15s两组的新生儿窒息发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);胎心晚期减速其时间差<30s和≥30s的新生儿窒息发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎心早期减速其时间差>15s和≤15s其新生儿窒息发生率无明显改变。胎心晚期减速其时间差<30s和≥30s其新生儿窒息发生率明显差异。Objective To investigate the deceleration of early and late fatal heart rate deceleration time limits and neonatal asphyxia relationship. Methods Labor fetal heart rate monitoring in the slowdown of the early cases of fetal heart rate curve of the lowest points( trough ) and contractions of the top (peak)time difference 〉 15 s out of 49 cases and the time difference ≤15s 49cases of neonatal asphyxia rate for comparison. Advanced cases of fetal heart rate will slow down in the fetal heart rate and eontraetionstrough of the wave crests of the time difference 〈 30s out of 51 cases and the time difference ≥30s 51 cases of neonatal asphyxia rate for comparison. Results The fetal heart rate slow down its early time difference 〉 15s and two≤ 15s the incidence of neonatal asphyxia difference was not significant( P 〉 0.05 ) ; fetal heart rate slow down its late time dfference 〈 30s and ≥ 30s neonatal asphyxia rates there were significant differences( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The fetal heart rate slow down its early time difference 〉 15s and ≤ 15s the incidence of neonatal asphyxia no significant change. Late fetal heart rate slow down its time difference 〈 30s and ≥ 30s the incidence of neonatal asphyxia significant difference .
