摘　　要：目的探讨在突遇特大地震应急情况下,采取有效措施,进行医用物资及医疗器械的调配、采购、运输和分配。方法采取抢运急救物品,库房前移设点;多途径寻购物资,保障救治供给;有效管理捐赠物品、积极组织自愿人员等方法,打破医院现有管理模式,有效组织医用物资和医疗器械,保证临床需要。结果医疗物资和医疗器械临床中间环节减少,效率提高。结论能有效保障灾区中心医院抗震救治工作的医用物资供给与医疗器械供给。Objective This paper reviews work about our hospital in normal circumstances of zero inventory of encountered major earthquake suddenly, how to take urgent measures, within 72 hours of emergency deployment, procurement, transportation and distribution of medical supplies and medical equipment, effective protection of the material supple. Methods Adopts transports quickly the first aid goods, in front of the storehouse moves supposes the spot;The multi-ways seek buy the commodity, the safeguard treat and cure the supplies;Effective management methods and so on donation goods, positive organization voluntary personnel,break the hospital existing management pattern, effective organization medical commodity and medical instrument, guarantee clinical need Finally. Results The medical commodity and the medical instrument chnical middle link reduce, efficiency enhancement. Conclusion The conclusion can safeguard the disaster area central hospital earthquake resistance to treat and cure the work effectively the medical commodity supplies and the medical.
