摘 要:对挖掘机工作装置轴与轴套的配合在使用状况中的影响进行定性的分析,提出可能出现的问题及影响因素。对轴与轴套的间隙设计计算实例进行详细说明,在设计计算上考虑8种影响配合间隙的因素,并与同行业的其它代表性产品作类比分析,给出轴与轴套配合间隙选取值的范围。对轴套与焊接套的过盈量选取作了定性分析,并给出过盈量选取值的一般原则。对于设计轴和轴套需要注意的问题作详细的阐述,特别是对轴和轴套的材质、表面硬度以及表面粗糙度给出选取的原则,并对形位公差等级的选取加以详细说明。Qualitative analysis of the effect of fitting between pin and bushing of an excavator attachment on operation situation is conducted. Possible problems and factors exerting influences are pointed out. An actual example to design and calculate clearance between pin and bushing is expatiated. In the example, eight factors influencing the clearance are studied and comparative analysis to some representative products in the industry is carried out. A selection range of the fitting clearance value is presented. Selection for surplus quantity between the bushing and welding sleeve is analyzed qualitatively and a general principle to select the surplus quantity is presented. Some notable problems in the design of the pin and bushing are discussed in details, especially for the materials of pin and bushing, surface hardness as well as roughness and selection principles are listed. Selection for form and position tolerances is also illustrated.
