摘　　要：全断面隧道掘进机(TBM)作为目前隧道施工的先进设备已经得到成功应用并受到广泛关注,其核心部件主轴承决定着主机的使用寿命,在使用过程中主轴承的管理、维护和故障处理尤为重要。结合新疆吐库二线中天山隧道施工中使用的TB880E型敞开式全断面隧道掘进机主轴承出现的故障,分析其发生的原因、梳理由简到繁的故障可能因素、介绍采取的修复措施和成功排除故障的经验,提出了TBM主轴承的综合监测方案,可作为提高TBM设备完好率和利用率的参考依据。As the most advanced equipment for present tunnel construction, full section TBM have been successfully applied and widely noted. As its kernel part, the major bearing determines the service life of basic machine. During the operation of TBM, management, maintenance and failure treatment of the major bearing play especially important roles. In association with failures of model TB880E open type full section TBM in the construction of Tianshan tunnel on Xinjiang-Tuku Line No.2, failure causes are analyzed and possibilities are combed from the simple to the complex. Troubleshooting measures and successful experiences are presented. A comprehensive scheme to monitor major bearing condition of TBM is suggested and can be applied as a referential basis to improve integrity and utilization of TBM equipment.
