瘤果槲寄生中总皂苷的提取和含量测定

摘　　要：目的采用正交实验优选提取瘤果槲寄生药材中总皂苷的最佳工艺，并测定不同批次药材中总皂苷的含量。方法采用分光光度法在536nm处测定总皂苷的含量。结果2002—2004年药材总皂苷含量测定结果表明，以2003年采摘药材的总皂苷含量最高（4．54％）。结论测定方法简便、灵敏、准确、可靠。OBJECTIVE To study the optimal extraction process and to determine the content of the general saponins of the Viscum ovalifolium DC. METHODS The general saponins was determined by UV spectrophotometry at 536 nm. CONCLUSION The con- tent of the total saponins of Viscum ovalifolium DC. in the year of 2003 was the highest among the three batchs. The content of general saponins in the 2003 was higher than other batches, and its content was 4.54%. RESULTS The method to determine the general saponins is sample, sensitive, accurate and reliable .
