祛风止痒酊对实验动物的抗过敏和止痒作用

摘　　要：目的研究祛风止痒酊的抗过敏与止痒作用。方法采用过敏与瘙痒模型,观察不同剂量祛风止痒酊对实验动物过敏反应和全身与局部皮肤搔痒的影响。结果抗过敏试验显示,祛风止痒酊能不同程度地抑制抗血清诱发的大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏和2,4-二硝基氯苯所致的小鼠迟发性超敏反应;大剂量时还可增加小鼠的胸腺指数及脾指数;止痒试验显示,祛风止痒酊能明显降低右旋糖酐诱导的小鼠搔痒发作次数及搔痒持续时间,并能增加豚鼠耐受磷酸组胺的致痒阈。结论祛风止痒酊具有良好的抗过敏、止痒作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Qufeng Zhiyang tincture on anti - allergic and anti - pruritus. METHODS The effects of anti - anaphylaxis and anti - pruritus on experiment animals of Qufeng Zhiyang tincture in different doses were observed by hypersusceptibility and itching models. RESULTS In anti - anaphylaxis assay, Qufeng Zhiyang tincture could inhibit the homolo- gous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis in rats by antiserum and delayed- type hypersensitivity （DTH） of mice induced by 2,4 - dinitro- chlorobenzol （DNCB）. Higher dosage of Qufeng Zhiyang tincture could increase the indexes of thymus and spleen on DTH in mice. In anti - pruritus assay, Qufeng Zhiyang tincture could decrease scratching frequency and duration induced by dextran and increase itch - threshold of cavy caused by histamine phosphate. CONCLUSION Qufeng Zhiyang tincture has the significant effects of anti - anaphy- laxis and anti -pruritus.
