川明参的HPLC指纹图谱

摘　　要：目的研究川明参药材的指纹图谱。方法用RP-HPLC法测定了10个不同产地批次川明参药材样品。采用Phe-nom enex Luna C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.02%磷酸;检测波长230 nm,柱温25℃。结果建立了川明参药材的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了12个共有指纹峰。结论所建方法稳定、可靠、重复性好,指纹图谱专属性强。OBJECTIVE To research the fingerprint of Chuanminshen violaceum Sheh et Shan. METHODS RP - HPLC was applied to test l0 samples from different producing areas and different batches. HPLC analysis was performed on a phenomenex Luna Cl8 column （250 mm×4.6mm,5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water containing 0.02% phosphoric acid. The col- umn temperature was set at 25℃, and the detection wavelength was at 230 nm. RESULTS HPLC fingerprint of C. violaceum was es- tablished and 12 common peaks were found. CONCLUSION The method is stable, reliable and repeatable.
