摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定仙灵止渴丸中的黄芪甲苷和柴胡皂苷a，d。方法采用EclipseXDBC，。色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以乙腈-水（33：67）为流动相，检测波长203nm。结果黄芪甲苷19．7—157．4μg·ml-1（r=0．9991）、柴胡皂苷a21．0—168．0μg·ml-1（r=0．9995）、柴胡皂苷d22．8～182．4μg·ml-1（r=0．9990）与峰面积的线性关系良好，平均回收率分别为99．2％（RSD=0．55％）、98．7％（RSD=0．73％）、99．3％（RSD=0．39％）。结论所建方法简便，灵敏度高，重复性好，可用于仙灵止渴丸的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Astragaloside IV and saikosaponin a, d in Xianling Zhike pills. METHODS Agilent Eclipse XDB -C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm）column was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile -water（33 ： 67 ） and detection wavelength was at 203 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 19.7 - 157.4 μg· ml -1 （ r = 0.9991 ） for astragaloside IV, 21.0 - 168.0 μg· ml - 1 （ r = 0. 9995 ） for saikosaponin a and 22.8 - 182.4 μg· ml -1 （ r = 0. 9990 ） for saikosaponined. The average recoveries were 99.2% （RSD = 0.55% ） for astragaloside IV, 98.7% （RSD = 0.73% ） for saikosaponin a and 99.3% （ RSD = 0.39% ） for saikosaponind. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and can be used to control the qual- ity of Xianling Zhike pills.
