摘  要:目的采用薄层扫描法测定喜树果中的喜树碱,评价不同产地喜树果药材的质量。方法采用羧甲基纤维素钠作为黏合剂;展开剂为氯仿-丙酮(7:3);单波长线性扫描法测定,λs=360nm。结果喜树碱0.0542—0.3252μg与峰面积线的性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=97.19X-55.07(r=0.9928),平均回收率为97.13%,RSD=1.76%(n=6)。结论所建方法准确可靠,不同产地喜树果药材中喜树碱含量有一定差异。OBJECTIVE To establish a TLCS method for determination of camptothecin in Camptotheca acuminata fruit, and apply the method to investigate the quality of Camptotheca acuminata fruit from different producing areas. METHODS Silica gel H - CMC- Na thin layer plate was adopted in the determination with chloroform -acetone( 7 : 3 ) used as developer, Single -wavelength and line- ar scanning of TLC was used, and the detection wavelength was at 360 nm. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship for Camptothecin within the range of 0.0542 - 0. 3252 μg. The regression equation was Y = 97. 19X - 55.07 ( r = 0.9928 ). The average recovery was 97.13% with RSD of 1.76% ( n = 6). CONCLUSION The method is accurate and reliable, and the contents of camp- tothecin in Camptotheea acuminata fruit vary by different habitats.
