摘　　要：用工业级荧光素,经过酰化反应合成双乙酰荧光素。利用双乙酰荧光素的易结晶性使杂质分离,再经过皂化、酸化、成盐的过程而制得高纯度的荧光素及荧光素二钠。与传统工艺比较,该工艺具有产率高、纯化效果好的特点。The diacetyl fluorescein was synthesized through the acylation reaction with industry fluorescein. Using the easy crystallinity of diacetyl fluorescein, the impurities were separated. Then, by the process of saponifies, acidified and salifying , the high -purity fluorescein and the fluorescein disodium were prepared. As compared with the traditional process, this process has the characteristics of higher production rate and higher product purity.
