摘 要:传统的人工记录、逐级汇报的天然气长输管道监控方式已不适应生产调度快速化和城市发展数字化、信息化战略的要求。数据采集与监视控制系统为天然气长输管道自动化的发展提供了方向。文章介绍了安—济天然气管道SCADA系统的设计过程,包括系统总体结构及各部分的功能与实现。系统投入使用后,运行稳定可靠,节省了人力,提高了生产调度速度。Traditional monitoring control means for long distance gas transmission pipeline by manual recording and reporting to each level has not adapted to requirements of the production scheduling rapidity and the city development strategy of digitization and informationization. Supervisory control and data acquisition system -SCADA provides a development direction for pipeline automation. In this paper, the design process of the SCADA system used in Anping-Jinan gas pipeline is described, including the overall structure of the system and the functions and implementation of its subsystems. Since it was put into use, it has run stably and reliably, saved large labor and improved production scheduling speed.
