摘　　要：计量、检定系统是输油气管道的重要组成部分,系统设置的合理性涉及到买卖双方的利益。国家间输油管道的计量、检定系统的设置不但要考虑到两个国家的经济利益,还要考虑到两个国家的主权问题。文章结合哈萨克斯坦至中国原油长输管道计量、检定系统的设置,介绍跨国输油管道计量系统的特点和应注意的事项。Measuring and detecting system is an important part of petroleum pipeline, the rationality of the system setup relates to the benefits of both seller and buyer. The setup of border measuring and detecting system of transnational oil pipeline should consider not only the economical benefits, but also the sovereignties of both countries. Combining with the setup of the measuring and detecting system in the Kazakhstan to China Long Distance Oil Pipeline Project, this paper presents the characteristics of the measuring and detecting system of transnational oil pipeline and the problems needing attention.
