摘 要:随着油田的开发,油井管柱逐年加深,管壁结垢、锈皮、结盐、结蜡、稠油堆积等难清洗油管逐年增多,此类油管因得不到修复或修复质量不高而造成浪费和出现质量问题,增加了开发成本。常规的油管清洗方法有化学清洗、物理清洗等,然而它们各自都存在着缺点,清洗效果不佳,无法满足难清洗油管的清洗要求。文章通过对几种常用油管清洗方法的对比以及油管结垢、锈皮组分的研究,确定了难清洗油管的清洗方案,并对相应的清洗流程、原理以及清洗装置进行了介绍,解决了难清洗油管的清洗问题,改善了工人的工作条件,确保了人身安全,提高了生产率,节约了能源。With the development of oilfield, oil well tube penetration has deepened year by year. Quantity of difficult-cleaning tubing which wall is fouling, rusting, salt depositting and wax depositing is also increasing. Common tubing cleaning methods such as chemical cleaning and physical cleaning have their own disadvantage and can not meet the cleaning needs of the difficult-cleaning oil tubes. A cleaning method of difficult-cleaning tubing has been determined by comparing several tubing cleaning techniques in common use. The corresponding cleaning process and the cleaning principle and the cleaning equipment have been investigated, and the problems of difficult-cleaning tubing have been solved completely. The proposed cleaning method can improve working condition and ensure personnel safety, and increase productivity and save energy source.
