摘  要:针对油田老区改造工程日益增多的情况,在多年旧管道修复经验的基础上,试验研究出一种小口径旧管道长距离修复新工艺——内衬薄壁不锈钢管。文章详细论述了该修复工艺的基本原理和试验情况。通过大量试验,小口径旧管道长距离内衬薄壁不锈钢管修复工艺技术,在不锈钢管制作、内穿插、整管打压、管段组装、长距离牵引等技术方面有所创新和突破,已达到现场试验应用条件。Aimed at increasing reconstruction projects in old oilfields and based on many years' experience of pipeline rehabilitation, a new long distance rehabilitation process of pipeline with small diameter, i.e. using thin wall stainless steel pipe as interior lining, was developed. The basic principle and test work of this rehabilitation is described in detail in this paper. By means of a great deal of experiments, some innovations and breakthroughs were obtained with respect to stainless steel pipe fabrication, interior penetration, whole pipeline section pressure test, pipeline section assembly, long distance towing and so on. This technique has achieved the field test application condition.
