芹菜素药理作用的研究进展

摘　　要：芹菜素是一种常见的黄酮类化合物,具有广泛的药理作用。体外及动物实验研究发现芹菜素对多种肿瘤具有预防、治疗或化疗增敏作用;对多种原因导致的骨、前列腺、肝脏、眼等组织、器官的病变具有防护作用,对中枢神经系统病变亦具有一定的预防作用;对雌性和雄性大鼠的生殖系统的内分泌功能具有明显影响;芹菜素还具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗过敏、抗氧化、防护辐射损伤及调节分化等作用。文中总结了近3年来芹菜素在药理学方面的研究进展,对进一步开发芹菜素具有指导意义。Apigenin, one of the most common flavonoids, exhibits many pharmacological effects. Apigenin can prevent many kinds of tumors and can also prevent the pathological changes in various tissues and organs such as bones, prostatic glands, livers, eyes, and central nervous system. Apigenin has significant effects on the endocrine functions of reproductive system in both female and male rats ; it also exerts antimicrobial, anti-viral, anti-allergic and anti-oxidative effects, and can prevent radioactive damages and regulate differentiation of cells. Therefore, the knowledge from pharmacological studies in the past three years will provide important information for the further development of apigenin.
