摘  要:目的:优选麻黄最佳提取方法和提取工艺。方法:以麻黄提取物中麻黄碱含量为指标,考察水煎法、乙醇回流法和盐酸乙醇回流法经干燥的提取物中提取麻黄碱的多寡,并采用三水平四因素(盐酸摩尔浓度、盐酸乙醇倍数、回流时间、提取次数)正交试验法对盐酸乙醇提取条件进行优选。结果:最佳方法是盐酸乙醇回流法。最佳条件是:乙醇中的盐酸浓度为0.001mol/L,盐酸乙醇倍数为5倍、回流时间为1h,提取次数为4次。结论:每20g麻黄粗粉提取物中盐酸麻黄碱总量达0.19g,方法简便易行。Objective: Optimization of extrsction technology of ephedra . Methods: Contents of ephedrine in the ephedra extact is in- dex, the comparison study of method of decocting , the ethanol refluxing , hydrochloride and ethanol refluxing process ,comparison with ephedrine in their the dry pruduct of extract. Se!ect the best conditions of hydrochloride and ethanol refluxing process, by orthogonal test of three level and four factors. Results: The best method is hydrochloride and ethanol refluxing process; the best conditions is hydrochloric acid concentration in ethanol was 0.001 mol/L, hydrochloride and ethanol of 5 times, reflux time of 1 h , extraction times of 4 times. Conclusion: ephedrine hydrochloride is 0.19 g in 20 g ephedra extract. The method has simple and accurate.
