摘　　要：根据天津钢铁有限公司炼钢厂1号圆坯连铸机(CONCAST)的生产实践,对200mmST37.0钢圆坯的表面凹陷、结疤特征和形成过程进行了深入的研究,重点分析和总结了包晶钢钢中碳含量、铝含量、拉速、保护渣性能、结晶器及其冷却水等对ST37.0钢圆坯表面质量的影响,并提出了相应的控制措施。The practice of control checking surface defects of d？ 200ram concasting round blooms at Tianjin Steel was summarized. Based on the character of ST37.0 steel, the causes of surface depressions, scabs of the round blooms were discussed. The factors influencing blooms quality of peritectic ST37.0 steel blooms （φ200mm）, such as the content of C, A1 in molten steel, casting speed, property of mold power and cooling water supply were analysed too, upon which quality control measures have been put forward.
