摘　　要：目的:了解医学生计算机信息能力教育培训效果,为我国医学计算机能力教育提供参考性依据。方法:采用自填问卷及小组访谈方式,调查了参加培训的211名医学生和未参加培训的179名医学生及6名临床实习带教教师。结果:参加培训的医学生对医学计算机信息能力教育的认识和相关工作能力与未培训者相比差异有显著统计学意义(p<0.01);95.5%未培训的学生认为有必要进行临床医学计算机信息能力教育。结论:参加系统培训的医学生对医学计算机信息知识的整体认识和临床工作能力上都较未培训者有明显的提高,教学取得了良好的效果。Objective： To investigate the effect of computer information capacity of medical students, and to provide a reference for medical information education. Methods： Self-administered questionnaire and group interview about computer information capacity education were surveyed among 211 medical students with training, 179 medical students without training and 6 clinical teachers. Results： The cognition and work capacity of medical information education are statistically significant in trainees and non-trainees （P〈0.01）. 95.5% students without the training suggest necessary for education. Conclusion： The cognition and work capacity of trainees has improved and, a good effect has been achieved.
