摘  要:教学督导工作是高校内部质量保证体系的重要组成部分。高等院校必须更新教育理念,完善督导工作机制,理顺各方面关系,建设高素质督导队伍,坚持督教、督学、督管三位一体的教学督导工作方针,才能保证教学质量,实现大学育人功能,办好人民满意的高等教育。Teaching supervision is an important part of the quality assurance system within a higher education institution, in which educational ideas should be updated, supervision mechanism be improved, all parties involved well coordinated, and a highly qualified supervision team developed. The supervision principle embracing "supervision on teaching, supervision on learning and supervision on management" should be adhered to in order to assure teaching quality, fulfill the educational purpose in higher education institutions and bring out a higher education which is satisfactory to the people.
