摘  要:设计了一种新型智能型抽油机节能优化控制器,它采用各种传感器采集油井信息,通过微处理器对有油无油的判断,控制抽油机的启停,同时记录启停时间,并采用智能优化算法优化抽油机抽、停时间间隔,使抽油机具有最佳运行周期,兼有保护、报警、通信等各项功能。经实践证明,控制系统运行安全,稳定可靠,解决了油井采油机空抽、低效等问题,达到了降低采油机机械磨损、节约电能、延长采油设施使用寿命的目的。A new smart energy-saving optimizing controller for oil pumping units was designed, It used various sensors to acquisition oil well information, passed the microprocessor to judge whether the well have oil or not, controlled oil extractor's start-stop, and recorded the start- stop time, used intelligent optimization algorithm to optimize oil extractor's start-stop, made the pumping units have the optimized operation period, and had some additional functions such as protection, alarm, communication and so on. Engineering practice indicates that the system turned out specifications with stable operation, reliable safety and convenient installation and solved the problem as empty drilling and low efficiency and approached the purpose of reducing mechanical abrasion, electricity economization and facility life-prolonging.
