摘 要:[目的]研究海南汉族HLA-A、B、DRB1基因多态性,分析该群体HLA等位基因分布特点。[方法]应用顺序引物聚合酶链反应技术对3140名海南汉族健康、无血缘关系的捐献造血干细胞血样者进行HLA-A、B、DRB1基因分型检测,并与其他汉族群体进行比较。[结果]检出A等位基因17个,B等位基因28个,DRB1等位基因13个。其中HLA-A*11(0.3553)、A*02(0.2873)、A*24(0.1946)、A*33(0.1045)、HLA-B*40(0.1896)、B*15(0.1526)、B*13(0.1451)、B*46(0.1285)、B*58(0.1018)、HLA-DRB1*15(0.1649)、DRB1*12(0.1414)、DRB1*04(0.1336)、DRB1*09(0.1287)等位基因具有较高的基因频率。[结论]海南汉族HLA等位基因多态性具有南方汉族人群共同的特征,但可能受北方汉族的影响,具有自身的特点。[Objective] To study the polymorphism of HLA-A, B, DRB1 in Han people of Hannan and analyze the characteristics of the HLA allele genes distribution. [Methods] PCR-SSP (polymerase chain reaction with sequence - specific primers) was used to identify the HL4-A, B, DRB1 genes of 3140 heahhy, unrelated bone marrow donors from Hart people of Hannan and their gene frequency distribution of HLA-A, -B, - DRB1 genes in population was compared with the results from other Han people. [Results] 17 HLA-A alleles, 28 HLA-B alleles and 13 HLA-DRB1 alleles were found. The frequencies of HLA-A^*11 (0.355 3), A^*02 (0.287 3), A^*24 (0.194 6), A^*33 (0.104 5), HLA-B^*40 (0.189 6), B^*15 (0.152 6), B^*13 (0.145 1), B^*46 (0.1285), B^*58 (0.101 8), HLA-DRB1^*15 (0.1649), DRB1^*12 (0.141 4), DRB1^*04 (0.1336) and DRB1^*09 (0.128 7) were significantly higher in Han people of Hannan. [Conclusion] The HLA-A, -B, -DRB1 distribution in Han people of Hannan shares the common genetic characteristics with the southern Han people of China, but it was probably affected by the northern Han people of China and it exhibits its own characteristics.
