双岐杆菌活菌液对肠道菌群调节效果的研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究双岐杆菌活菌液调节肠道菌群的效果。[方法]通过动物实验和人体试验检测肠道菌群。[结果]双岐杆菌活菌液能增殖人体内双歧杆菌数量;在高剂量时,双歧杆菌活菌液能使动物体内的乳杆菌增殖,在中、高剂量时,能使动物体内的双歧杆菌增殖。采用双歧杆菌和肠杆菌的比值(B/E)作为指标进行分析发现,该制品可提高人体肠道微生物的定植抗力(P﹤0.01)。[结论]所检双岐杆菌活菌液对肠道菌群有较好的调节效果。[Objective] To study on the effect of the viable organism liquid of Bifidobacterium on the intestinal micraflora. [Methods] The intestinal mieraflora was examined by the experiments on mice and people. [Results] The viable organism liquid of Bifidobaeterium could significantly increase the quantity of Bifidobaeterium in the intestine of mice and people. The viable organism liquid of Bifidobacterium could increase the proliferation of Bacterium lactieum in the intern of animal and human at a high dosage, also it could increase the proliferation of internal Bacillus bifidus. When analyzing the data by B/E ration （the ratio of Bif idobacterium to Enterobacillus）, we found that the microecologics can improve the colonization resistance of intestinal microbe of people （P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] The viable organism liquid of Bifidobacterium can better adjust the intestinal mieroflora.
