摘　　要：[目的]了解地震灾区集中安置点人群麻疹病毒携带率,预测灾后发生麻疹疫情的可能性。[方法]采用荧光定量PCR方法,检测采于绵竹地区两处灾民安置点的887份咽拭子样品中的麻疹病毒核酸,试剂盒提取RNA。[结果]887份咽拭子样品检测结果均为阴性。[结论]该地区灾后发生麻疹疫情的可能性不大。[Objective] To investigate the carrying rate of Measles virus of people in the settlement of the disaster areas in the May 12 earthquake, and to predict the possibility of epidemic situation. [Methods] ThrOat swabs were Collected from people in disaster area at random, using RNA isolation kit isolate sample RNA and TaqMan assay for detection. [Results] 887 samples were detected to be all negative. [Conclusion] The epidemic of Measles along with the disaster sees very little probability.
